Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece and Denmark (Anglicized version of Konstantinos-Alexios, (29 October 1998 - ) is the eldest son and second child of HRH Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece.

His paternal grandparents are King Constantine II of Greece and Queen Anne-Marie, born a Princess of Denmark. His maternal grandparents are Robert and Chantal Miller.

He was born in New York City, New York, United States. He is considered heir to the non-existent Greek throne after his father . He was christened at the Greek Cathedral of St. Sophia in Bayswater, London, England, on 15 April 1999. His godparents are Prince Nikolaos of Greece, Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, Crown Prince Felipe of Spain, Prince William of Wales, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, Princess Alexandra zu Fürstenberg, and Doris Robbs.

Prince Constantine Alexios has an elder sister, Princess Maria Olympia as well as two younger brothers, Prince Achileas Andreas and Prince Odysseas Kimon
